STUDENT MOBILITY

Mobility Programme Overview

To improve students' adaptability to the academic environment outside the institution, the program is designed to send students abroad, such as through student exchange and special research student programs to Japan. The program's curriculum is developed in response to current societal changes, the expectations of graduate employers, and the learning models mandated by both the university and the government—including Project-based Learning and Research-Based Learning. Following the adoption of this updated curriculum, benefits have been realized for both students and the institution. Students gain practical experiences and perspectives beyond campus life, which broaden their post-graduation employment prospects. Meanwhile, the institution benefits from enhanced quality, greater effectiveness in teaching and learning processes, and improved overall outcomes.

If the degree program offers various opportunities to go abroad (e.g. Eramus+, internships ...), please list them here.

Charoen Pokphand Best Student

Appreciation

The Charoen Pokphand Best Student Appreciation (CPBSA) program is a scholarship and internship program from PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia. At Andalas University (UNAND), this program regularly selects outstanding students, particularly from the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, to participate in national internships and Poultry Excursions abroad. Selected participants receive internship opportunities in various divisions of PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia, from Feedmill to Quality Control (such as placements in the Tangerang or Cirebon areas). After the internship, outstanding participants are often sent abroad (such as China or Thailand) for educational programs and campus tours. This program is designed to produce prospective young leaders who are ready to compete directly in the agribusiness industry.
